Church Eaton Tennis Club

LTA affiliated, is situated in the heart of Church Eaton on the south side of the cricket ground. Together with the cricket club CETC makes up the Glebelands Sports Association. The club is within easy reach of Gnosall, Bradley and Wheaton Aston.

CETC welcomes new members of all ages and abilities and you may join at anytime of year. If you are new to tennis please get in touch to arrange a free taster session with one of our members or book in with our LTA registered coach Steph on on 07779 421345.


Fundraising events

  • 19th October 2024 - Chris plans a stall at the Church Eaton market and, tbc, proposed date for next CETC Quiz night (details to follow soon)
  • Quiz Sheet - Winner with a score of 47.5 out of 50 was Helen Hood. Many congratulatios Helen and many thanks to all who gave it a go. Click for the answers. About £100 raised for club funds
  • Fun Family day - Saturday 29th June, organised by Chris. Tennis enjoyed by all in addition to a tombola/table tob sale which raised about £100 for club funds

General Information

Coaching There are a number of coaching groups for Junior Club Members on Saturdays. Please contact Steph (CETC coach) on 07779421345 to join a session, children, adults, rusty racquets all welcome.

LTA Members are encouraged to join British Tennis LTA. It's free of charge and there are a number of benefits including entry to the Wimbledon Ballot. To find out more and to join go to www.lta.org.uk.
